Our Team

Prior to founding Polygon Prime, Mr. Charusorn was the Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Maybank Kim Eng Securities Thailand and the Head of Merger and Acquisition at Nomura Thailand. He had more than 20 years in the Finance industry and a few years in the consulting industry. He also has exposure in working at a Venture Capital firm in Boston and had helped numerous entrepreneurs in the US and Thailand grow their businesses.

Mr. Charusorn received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St Louis and received his Master of Business Administration from Babson College

Before joining Polygon Prime, Mrs. Petlerkwong worked at Maybank Securities for 22 years. With more than 30 years of experience, Khun Wantana has completed more than 14 IPOs, 10 IFAs, 6 REITs, 5 POs, and fixed income deals. Her distinguished capability and quality of work have led to several repetitive mandates from Central Group.

Mrs. Petlerkwong received her Bachelor of Science of Food Science from Chulalongkorn University and received her Master of Science from National Institute of Development Administration.

Mrs. Niramoncherdchai brings over 10 years of experience in financial markets and approximately 20 years of driving growth in the real economy sector. Her balanced expertise across finance and operations makes her an invaluable resource for execution strategy and IPO guidance.

Mrs. Niramoncherdchai received her Bachelor of Arts in Mandarin from Chulalongkorn University and received her Master of Business Administration from Assumption University.

Ms Vipavee has more than 20 years of experience in Investment Banking. She was a Managing Director at Absolute Advisory for 5 years. She has successfully led several IPOs, acquisition of listed companies, asset liquidation of REIT and a recent acquisition of the largest bus operator in Thailand with transaction size of 1.5 billion baht.

Mrs. Chatsiri received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University and received her Master of Science in Finance from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Wangwattananukul has been in the Investment Banking industry for 5 years where the most recent deals were the purchase of Swift for SCGJWD and Alpha Capital listing of in the SET where he signed as the Supervisor. He has also worked in consulting industries for more than 4 years, where he helped his clients at Deloitte Consulting and PYI Consulting. He also had experience with Nielsen Thailand, where he used qualitative research to provide his advice to clients in various industries to improve its marketing strategy and optimize marketing campaigns. He was also the Accounting Audit Manager at KPMG.

Mr. Wangwattananukul received his Bachelor of Science Accounting from Thammasat University and received his Master of Business Administration from Babson College.

Before joining Polygon Prime, Ms. Laipat was a Senior Associate at OptAsia Capital, where she specialized in executing IPO transactions and providing comprehensive advisory services to clients throughout the deal process. Her most recent engagement was the IPO of Food Moment Company (FM). Prior to her career in investment banking, she worked as a Credit Analyst at Bangkok Bank.

Ms. Chanoknat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting Management, both with First-Class Honors from Thammasat University.

While at Polygon Prime, Mr. Tangamornsirichok has closed an M&A deal and is currently involved in a few M&A and IPOs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (First-Class Honors) from Thammasat University and a Master of Science in Finance (with Distinction) from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Eamchotchawalit used to work as an Assistant Manager at Keyce (Thailand) in charge of their Sales and Consulting Team for the precision machinery products.

Mr. Theepop holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Science in Finance and Investment (with Distinction) from the University of Exeter. He has also passed CFA Level I.

Before joining Polygon Prime, Mr. Suppasupanya worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at YCP Solidiance, where he developed business plans, conducted financial analyses, and supported M&A advisory projects for clients across industries.

Patitan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Second-Class Honors) from Thammasat University and a Master of Science in Finance from Chulalongkorn University.
