FSN Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based international digital group, has successfully completed the divestment of its equity stake in YDM (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“YDM”) to Readyplanet Public Company Limited (READY).
YDM is recognized as one of Thailand’s leading digital marketing agencies, operating under a Total Marketing Solutions model and offering end-to-end marketing services including Creative, Media Planning & Buying, Social and Digital Strategy, KOL & Influencer Management, Data Analytics, Account Management, and Digital Technology Services. The company employs more than 160 professionals and currently serves over 700 clients nationwide. Its capabilities are further strengthened through its affiliated companies, Jamjaras Co., Ltd. and Alternate 65 Co., Ltd., enhancing strategic reach and creative excellence.
